Asya Naz Konukseven

Asya Naz Konukseven has been working as a Program Manager at Hackquarters since September 2020. As a Program Manager, she is responsible for the design and implementation of growth projections by analyzing the needs of start-ups at different stages. She gives trainings on lean startup methodologies, business model development, product-market fit and persona design, growth hacking strategies, key performance indicator metrics.

Prior to her position at Hackquarters, she worked as a Acceleration Program Specialist at KWORKS and Community Specialist at Scorp, which was fastest growing social media start-up in Turkey, and examined how Scorp could be improved and prepared a guideline depending on it to customize all marketing strategies. Also, worked in the community groups which focus on finding new people in other countries to grow in India and USA.

Konukseven graduated from Koç University Economics and Business Administration. In addition, she successfully completed the specialization program in Entrepreneurship, Global Learning and Leadership and Marketing. Throughout her university life, she did internships in many global companies such as Deloitte and Johnson & Johnson.
