It’s an empowerment tool to create the best customer experience.
Tell us about your team.
We are 4 co-founders and we have been working together for more than 3 years. VisitorLAB is our third project. Our two co-founders have experience more +15 years of as developer and digital agency background. Every member of our team has worked for a startup before.
When and why did you found your startup?
VisitorLAB founded the beginning of 2019. We realize people having trouble to understand the needs and activities of visitors on their website. They use some analytics tools but they also getting lost tons of numerical data. At the end, they spend the website development budget based on guesses and couldn’t get enough conversion. Those were also our problems for our own website. Therefore we decided to developed VisitorLAB.
What are your key and unique features?
Our unique machine learning algorithm developed by us is one of our key features. Because we won’t collect the only data like our competitors we will also analyze them with machine learning and provide real users behavioral patterns. So our clients won’t get lost in all the data. Also, we are offering an on-premise setup option.
