Uservision helps brands to empathize with customers. We provide a platform where brands could quickly reach their target audience and get explicit, subconscious and implicit insights leveraging AI. Where google analytics provide analytics at a dashboard, we provide the voice of the consumer.
Tell us about your team.
Our start-up consists of 2 founders and 6 employees. Batukhan incepted Uservision 4 years ago and pivoted the business many times to find the best product-market fit. A year ago, he has stumbled upon his former partner and close friend Kağan and he started as CTO at Uservision. We also have a lead full-stack developer, 2 researchers (an anthropologist and a UX researcher), 2 marketing person and a MENA sales manager on our team.
When and why did you found your startup?
After 4 years of consulting fortune 500 companies, the founder realized their needs are fairly similar the process could be streamlined. Making more than 700 customer interviews, we have validated not just the need, but also the product-market fit and the appropriate business model.
What are your key and unique features?
Hitherto, none of the research companies using AI could put biometrics in use in a way it actually increases ROI, yet we have developed a way to make it actually work.
Batukhan has created a new qualitative research methodology, which has been published on Greenbook and Uservision enables this research methodology.
