For the last few months, Hackquarters team was working closely with Unilever Turkey‘s digital transformation team, for the planning phase of our upcoming transformation program, called Digital Capability.

Digital Capability Program will be a 12-month innovation program initiated by Unilever team with the partnership of Hackquarters. Our program is aiming to trigger cultural shift within Unilever team, enabling design thinking approach in order to solve the problems in a creative and efficient manner.

We will try and help Unilever employees for understanding dynamic lean and entrepreneurship approach in corporate life, which we believe will help their progress, both personally and as a corporation, greatly.

Our kick-off event on April 11th, started with a keynote speech by General Partner of 500 Istanbul and Peak Games co-founder Rina Onur Şirinoğlu. In the coming weeks we will organize more inspiration speeches for Unilever employees, from various professions and verticals.

During the project we also plan to have workshops, ideathons, hackathons within the company and also we will try to keep Unilever employees up-to-date within innovation and startup ecosystem, by sending biweekly newsletters.

As Hackquarters, we are glad that we have the chance to help one of the most well known FMCG companies in the world. We will also keep our followers updated during our project.
